Unfortunately I haven't been left with much information but here's what we do know; 2+ days ago the garrison at the Tesoro Airbase took contact and soon after was completely cut from radio communications. After this incident we received the previous warning order to prep for an immediate deployment to Citta Del Tesoro. Immediately following this information on my desk I expedited deployment of Kilo and partially Charlie company for reconnaissance. As of this time neither unit has come into contact with the enemy; however they still report audible gunfire from the north towards Tesoro. At this time there hasn't been a single declaration of war in the news and none of our contacts in the military can give me so much as a hint to what is going on.

Our goals for this deployment will be to '''secure the Tesoro Airbase''' and report up what has transpired there. I'll also be offering bonus pay for securing both the Tesoro Bridge and Battante Bridge '''intact'''; we need a secure supply route. More, smaller, objectives to follow as the days go by. A supply corridor must remain open for efficient operations; Maj. Blakely of Kilo may retrieve crates from the road at grid 40-77. Maj. Fawkes, Charlie 1-1 has been supplied with Pontoon Bridging Equipment; however, this is only freely available for this operation. If the force needs to make a crossing then make use of it.
